These are used as an alternative to an autoclave for laminating and gluing. The product is positioned in a vacuum bag and brought into the heating cabinet. The vaccum system is used to evacuate the bag. After that the vacuum bags and the product inside are heated up.

Compared with an autoclave there are the following advantages:

	Easy access to the product: just open the door
	Permanent visual control through the large windows
	Fast evacuation of the vacuum bag
	Very good heat transfer to the product, no isolating vacuum
